Holy Week is such a full week. It seems to condense our entire spiritual life into seven days: recognition of our sins and the price paid for them, repentance, absolution, anticipation, and overwhelming joy. The frequent masses and last days of Lent spur us on to greater mindfulness and effort to emulate Christ. And, as an added little miracle, the world around us is often waking up and shaking off the cold and showing signs of new life.

All that to say, this is a good and holy week. These pretty things make me so excited for Sunday. (I know, I know - they're not the "reason for the season," but beautiful things are good and holy, too. And look at that bunny!!)
