stretch it out

You know what I like?  Stretching before workouts, and feeling all the places where the day-to-day accumulations of office chairs, commuting, editing (i.e. hunching), and high-heel-wearing have tweaked your body.


You know what I like even more?  Stretching after a workout, when your muscles are loose and all of those tensions are erased, at least until tomorrow.  That feeling is reason enough to work out!
