...fall colors, sunny days, cool nights, apple cider, live music and dance parties in ginormous tents, cross country meets, volleyball games, having homework but not doing it, caramel corn, wearing boots and jackets for the first time in the season, traditions, fight songs, pep bands, and seeing all of my friends in one place. And all of that is happening right here:
But I'm not there. Almost complete devastation...but I am in South Carolina at the lake house with good friends and perfect weather, and nothing to do except drink the leftover beer and wine from the wedding we went to last night. So life's pretty good here too!
And I'll be at Homecoming next year, come hell or high water. Go Blue!
