we are VERY amused

Little things make me happy. For as long as I can remember, my uncle has teased me by saying "Simple pleasures for simple minds!"...and I can't really argue with that. In the office, I'm notorious for saying "That makes me happy" (yes, just like a 4-year-old. I also clap a lot). I get excited about fat birds and new grass and squirrels and babies...basically everything, actually. One of my friends brought this to my attention by saying (in the exact tone I had just used to exclaim "puppy!"): "Living thing!!" That sort of brought me to reality. Do I have no standard for what effects me? Can I be charmed by any and all living things? Am I totally lacking discretion?? [Then we rounded the corner and I saw a toddler with one of those hats with bear ears, and all philosophical musings went out the window.]

And so, on this Friday, I give you today's thing that has made me happy (complete with hand clapping), and given me the extra oomph that I needed to get to the weekend:

Jajaja.
