"chicken curry in a hurry!"

That is honestly the name of one of my go-to recipes.  I did not make it up, thank you very much.  But despite the cheesy rhyming, it's delicious, and much appreciated in a home where we both crave curry pretty regularly.  Here are the super simple guidelines; I usually skip the tomatoes, cut back on the yogurt, up the curry powder, and sometimes add apples for contrast.





It's simple, it's delicious, and if you use a rotisserie chicken and pre-made curry sauce (I usually don't, but have in extraordinary circumstances), it can be done in 15 minutes. Perfect - since that's about all we have time for right now!
