I am the queen of procrastination. For as long as I can remember, I put off things till the last second. From book reports in 5th grade, to research papers as a senior in college, I was very familiar with putting it off until an all-nighter was the only option available. Though I only pulled one or two true all-nighters...I love sleep enough that I would usually nap for an hour or two at least. Plus, a three-hour track practice after three hours of sleep is a bad, bad experience. Trust me. [I sounds like a disaster for wedding planning, no? But fortunately I have a lot of people keeping me on track with that.]
All this to say that I have about 1,000 more wedding invites to address by hand, and a workout to do, and packing for four days at home left to do tonight...and of course, I chose to use this time to get rid of some ingredients in the fridge instead of doing any of my legitimate tasks.
I basically made
this recipe:

and it was yummy. Zucchini is always a bit over-powering for me, but put prosciutto on anything, and I'll probably love it.
