Deck the halls, boys and girls! Our apartment is pretty low-key, but the Christmas music and pine-scented candles make everything feel more festive and are making me very happy.
Also happy that instead of paying for bittersweet berries at the lovely farmers' market this year, I pilfered them from the bushes lining our back alley while taking Darcy for a walk. Perfect for our baby tree (with its wonky star!):
