projects in bloom

I had every intention to do some sort of art project this weekend...I had been itching to for weeks, and there was nothing stopping me.  So, of course, I played tennis and napped the day away instead.

Had I actually taken action, the flowers in this beautiful spring would have been the stars for sure.  Maybe in an embroidery (I need something else to do while watching tv and sitting around besides playing Angry Birds...I seriously have a problem):

Maybe I'll get around to it this month...if tennis or napping doesn't get in the way, of course.
