We went out to dinner with Michael's sister Lizzie, who baked Clara a surprise birthday cake! This is how you know you're not grown-up yet: you have no cute, colorful birthday candles in your cupboard and have to grab a pillar candle to make a wish. No, really. It has nothing to do with loans or jobs or anything.
We got to take Clara to our much-loved St. Mary's for mass:
And we discovered that fresh-squeezed orange juice and sparkling rosé is way way yummy...and has definitely replaced traditional mimosas in this household. Make one asap. Please.
