A girl!!
I keep saying it to myself in the hope that it will sink in. I can't believe the difference it's made to know...we loved and prayed for this baby from the start, but being able to think about and dream for our daughter is overwhelming. We're so excited! And of course thinking about Will with our baby girl makes me melt. [There I am...just a puddle on the floor over there. Don't mind me.]
Besides this news, not much has changed. I love every single kick, and she's still giving me plenty of opportunities to feel them. In today's doctor appointment even the doctor was laughing at her "zooming around" (his words, not mine).
I think she is going to be a great adventure.

ReplyDeletehow wonderful! we didn't find out with sebastian, and then did with bruno, and i agree, it made such a huge difference, for me anyway. i loved that ability to dream and imagine in a different way than when we kept it a surprise. i am SO SO thrilled for you and will and your precious daughter! many blessings!
ReplyDeleteWhen people asked us if we were going to wait and be surprised, we were just like "I think we'll be surprised whenever we find out!" But I was glad that it was, in fact, still awesome and exciting to hear the words :)
