favorite Christmas ever.

Ok ok...now that Epiphany has passed, I guess it's time to let this Christmas go. But it's hard to when it was my favorite of all time (even beating out some impressive ones when we got princess gear and fishing poles). So much goodness.


Beautiful tree. Enchanting chinese lanterns to start the new year. White Christmas. Big family. Cross country skiing. (Finally) peaceful pups. Walking on the lake. New stockings for our growing family. Having a chat. Magical matchbox. Triple-fisting. Too many Leutheusers...lake cracking! Fires for days. Winter wonderland. Champy clew years. Porch that's seen lots of boot-stomping. Snowmobiling crew. Exhausted from pure joy.

    Your Christmas seemed like so much fun! And gosh those pictures are so great. Oh what I would give to be sitting by the fire and peering out on the snow right now!

    Becky - does it count if I thought about the Lake of the Coheeries a lot while just at a little one in northern MI? :)

    I think it absolutely does! In fact I do the same thing at our own little cabin in the U.P....although there are no lakes on the property - just streams and waterfalls :)
