Apologies to the noble artichoke. I seem to have completely forgotten your weird self. I remedied that by making a Pioneer Woman creation which just seemed perfect for the chilly fall weather:
Spinach-Artichoke Pasta.
It was also a good reminder that maybe chicken doesn't need to go in every pasta (we tend to go that direction in this house). Though, now that I think about it, that would be pretty delicious too...
