good use of time

In the middle of running around for errands for the wedding, and taking care of paperwork for my still-newish job, Gracie and I stopped for a mani-pedi in honor of her birthday. (We also mentioned that my wedding was this weekend - to give them extra incentive to make our nails pretty. They were very enthusiastic, and kind.) It was so nice just to sit still and chat, and think, and watch funny tv shows on high volume while enjoying the massage chair.

As tempting as it was to keep getting things done and not take a break in the middle of the day, this was the best use of time. Relaxation with (one of my) awesome sisters cannot be overrated.
