healthy (?)
I love that in my family, huge salads with more nuts, fruits, and vegetables than you thought reasonable are the norm. I love that there's always someone up for a walk or run or bike ride. I love that track is kind of a way of life for us (and that it means we're used to competing - and worse, waiting - in any kind of weather every day from February to June). I love that baby carrots and trail mix got us through those months. I love that saying someone looked strong and healthy were always the biggest physical compliments.
I also love that if someone says they want chocolate chip cookies, or hold-the-baking-let's-just-eat-chocolate-chips-from-the-bag, or cinnamon donuts (which I personally requested more than once this weekend), everyone agrees and no time is lost in acquiring said treat, sans judgment. Doesn't that just make sense?
[Thanks for the last minute donut run on Sunday morning, guys! I'll split a bag with you anytime...and walk laps in the airport afterwards. Because that's how we do things (and I love it).]
